Shipment

We make shipment of orders only for Portugal (Continent and Islands) and for Europe.

After the collection, the expedition will be in one of these modalities.

** Applicable to available items. For items not available, orders will be prepared according to availability.
** You will be notified by email when your order is available for in-store withdrawal. To pick up the order you will have to present a valid identification document and sign the order receipt.

If they can not deliver, a Delivery Notice is left in the mailbox and the order is placed at the post office closest to the recipient address. Will be available for collection during 10 working days (normal shipping) or 3 working days (urgent shipping).


Payment Options

Paypal or Bank Transfer***

The order will only be issued once we receive the payment. In order to identify your payment more quickly you must send the proof of the transfer to info@embassynicheperfumery.com.

Exchanges and Returns

Applicable only to purchases made through the EMBASSY Niche Perfumery online store

 

HOW TO PROCEED TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Qualquer devolução/ troca de artigos deverá respeitar a seguinte condição:

Any return / exchange of articles must comply with the following condition:

Return of articles in good condition (in conditions of sale), with the original and inviolated packaging, without having been tried and accompanied of its invoice. If the packaging is damaged and the articles have obvious use marks, we can not accept the exchange or return of the value. You have a deadline of 15 days after the order is received to make the exchange or return.

If you would like to exchange or return any of your articles, you can do so in our shop, in Lisbon or you can contact our customer support by email: info@embassynicheperfumery.com. To communicate the intention of exchange or return, indicating the number of order or invoice number, products to be returned and the reason. After this contact will be given the indications to follow the exchange or return.

In any case you should send the articles without previous contact because they will not be received.

After contacting our Customer Service and giving them the return / exchange information, you must send us the article, duly conditioned, and under the conditions mentioned above, to our address:

WHAT ASPECTS SHOULD I TAKE INTO ACCOUNT?

If you choose to exchange the product we inform you that:

  • Shipping costs for our address are the responsibility of the customer, except for customers injured by transportation or a technical problem of the product. In these cases shipping costs will be assumed by Embassy Niche Perfumery.
  • The exchange will only take place after checking the condition of the product and the fulfillment of the conditions described above.

If you choose to return the value we inform you that:

  • Shipping costs for our address are the responsibility of the customer, except for customers injured by transportation or technical problem of the product. In these cases shipping costs will be assumed by Embassy Niche Perfumery.
  • Refunds will be made for the total value of the order (products plus shipping costs), unless the reason for the return is not the responsibility of our service – in these cases will be deducted, at the value of the refund, shipping costs .
  • Returns will only be made after checking the condition of the product and complying with the conditions described above.

 

WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECEIVE A PACKAGE OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

If the shipping carton is damaged, you must confirm the contents at the moment of delivery and immediately file a complaint with the carrier, and then contact our Customer Support (info@embassynicheperfumery.com).

You should also contact our Customer Service if you have received a good packaging, but the articles are still damaged. In all cases, you should take pictures of the packaging and the product to be a proof of the incident.
