HOW TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Any return/exchange of items must respect the following condition:

Return of the goods in good condition (in saleable condition), with original packaging inviolateif the items have not been tried on and are accompanied by the relevant invoice. If the packaging is damaged and the items show obvious signs of use, we will not be able to accept an exchange or a refund. Do you have a within 15 days of receipt of order to proceed with the exchange or return.
If you wish to exchange or return any of your items, you can do so in our shop in Lisbon or contact our customer support via email info@embassynicheperfumery.comto communicate the intention of exchange or return, indicating the order number or invoice number, products to be returned and the reason. After this contact, you will be given instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or return.
Do not send items without prior contact as they will not be received.
After contacting our Customer Support and receiving instructions on how to return/exchange the item, you should send us the item duly packaged, and in the aforementioned conditions, to our address:

WHAT ASPECTS SHOULD I TAKE INTO ACCOUNT?

If you choose to exchange the product we inform you that:

  • The shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer, except for customers damaged by transport or technical problem of the product. In these cases the shipping costs will be assumed by Embassy Niche Perfumery.
  • The exchange will only be made after the condition of the product has been checked and the above conditions have been met.

If you choose a refund we inform you that:

  • The shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer, except for customers damaged by transport or technical problem of the product. In these cases the shipping costs will be assumed by Embassy Niche Perfumery.
  • Refunds will be made for the total value of the order (products plus shipping costs), unless the reason for the return is not the responsibility of our service - in these cases the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The return will only be made after the state of the product has been checked and the above conditions have been met.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED PACKAGING OR ITEMS?

If the shipping package is damaged, you should check its contents upon delivery and immediately complain to the carrier, then contact our Customer Support (info@embassynicheperfumery.com).
You should also contact our Customer Support if you have received packaging in good condition but the items are still damaged. In all cases, you should take photographs of the packaging and the product to serve as proof of the incident.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

MBWAY

Pay through your smartphone in all simplicity. The payment is confirmed on the spot.

PAYPAL

PayPal is a global online payment method.

PayPal is instant. This means that when you pay and confirm your order, it will be processed immediately.

How to pay with PayPal

During the second step of the checkout ("Checkout"), you can choose the PayPal option. When you choose this option, an additional box will appear, allowing you to save the data for a faster checkout in the future. If you want to save the data, tick this box. You can then click "Continue" to confirm your order on the next page.

You will be redirected to the PayPal website to make the payment. When payment is complete, you will be redirected back to the EMBASSY website, where your order will be registered and a confirmation e-mail sent to you.

Please note that there may be restrictions on the countries/products accepted by PayPal. If PayPal is not available, please choose an alternative payment method.

APPLE PAY

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

We accept VISA and MasterCard

This is an instant payment method. This means that as soon as you make the payment and confirm the order, it will be processed.

3D Secure

All transactions are through 3D secure, which means that the customer's identity is verified through an extra security step, and validated to ensure that the card used is legitimate. This way, you are better protected against fraud. This protocol is offered by Visa (Verified by Visa) and Mastercard (SecureCode).
